Fall Into Autumn: Favorite Sweater

Hey lovelies!!!!!

 

Hope you all are having a great week!!! Ive received more awesome nail mail that ill show you over the next few days with some swatches of some of the colors. I got some new great indies and a gold top coat!!!!

 

But for today I have a fall challenge for you guys. Today is your favorite sweater. I had a hard time with this one and ended up really wanting to wear some holo polishes so I did a holo stripe sweater on one hand. and on the other is a holo french manicure that looks like a banded sweater.

 

The silver I used was Make-up Store Greta, it took 3 coats to be fully opaque but that was without a proper Aqua base. The blue is Depend Denim Blue, which only took 1 coat over top of Gretta. I used striping tape to help make the lines :)

 

 

I couldn't believe how holo Greta was even in the shade. Its absolutly insane and I cant wait to try it out on a sunny day to see its true beauty!!!!!

LDoS: BBQ Fun

I did it!!! This is the last Lazy Days of Summer challenge, BBQ fun!!!! Im so glad that I got these all done in time. Even thou it did mean painting my nails a ton yesturday. Definatly not going to fall behind like this again hehe.

So for BBQ fun I had a really hard time deciding on something that would be cute and girly still. So I goggles "Summer BBQ" and seen pictres of picnic tables and people together so I decided to do a Picnic Basket, as you can always use one to bring goodies to the BBQ ;) Im definatly going outside of the box for this one.

So you all know a "Braid" manicure, well I decided to do a "Basket Weave" manicure. Which is alot harder then what I thought it would be to keep straight lines. And since I dont like browns I used pink and purple for it hehe.

So I started out with painting my nails with 2 coats of Depend 305. I then did stripes going down my nails with Depend 316, and then did lines across my naisl with Depend 305 agin to cover up parts of 316.

I know its not the greatest mani, I think if the lines were better it would have been perfect. But im happy with my first attmept at this.

Depends 313 and Blog Sale News!!!

Tonight I have a very cute polish to show you all. One of my lovely birthday group ladies from Sweden got this polish for me and I'm in love. Its Depend 313, incase you don't know depend they are minis in a little rectangle bottle that are sooo cute. This is my first one and im madly in love with it that I already asked for a backup of it he he.

Depend 313 goes on perfectly in 2 coats. Its a purple base with a fine green micro shimmer. Its a real stunner of a color.

Isn't the bottle adorable???? And of course the color is just stunning. Now I thought how would Cult Nails Seduction look over top of this. And to my pleasant surprise its absolutly amazing!!! Its like the 2 colors were meant for each other. So I added one coat of it onto my ring fingers.

I absolutly love how you can still see the green shimmer through Seduction. How well these two go together is the reason why im getting a back up bottle of Depend 313. Its just crazy how well they go together.

Now that Ive confessed my new love for Depend 313, I thought I would tell you guys about my first blog sale!!!!

That is a picture of all my lovelies that im selling, only the crackles are missing from this picture. That's what 100 bottles of polish looks like lol.
